Which pan do I need?
LS / B16 / B20 (no girdle) pan: for LS, B16A, B16A2, B16A3, B18A, B18B, B20B and B20Z blocks.
GSR / Type R (girdle) pan: for B18C, GSR, B16B, B18C5 and Type R blocks. These engines have a girdle on the main caps, so they need the girdle-clearance pan. (The block is the part that's girdled, not the oil pan.)
In rare cases, an LS, B16, B20 or other non-girdled block has been fitted with a girdle. Those engines need the GSR / Type R pan too. The GSR / Type R pan will fit any B Series engine.
Configurations: Replacement (stock-style pan), Turbo bung (drilled with a -10AN fitting TIG welded for your turbo oil drain), Baffled (extra baffling for drag and road racing), or Baffled + turbo bung.
Turbo bung placement works for many manifold and turbo setups. Guaranteed not to leak. Welds will vary but will be similar to what’s pictured.
The Turbo Drain Line Kit add-on is for ram horn and log manifold setups. It does not fit a top mount, which needs a longer drain line.
